All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by a third-party provider. By completing a purchase, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
If a payment plan is offered and you choose it, you authorise me to charge your payment method for each instalment until the full amount is paid. Choosing a payment plan is a commitment to pay the full price. Stopping use of the course or product mid-way does not cancel your remaining payments — they will continue to be charged as agreed.

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. Where those rights apply, they operate alongside the guarantee above.
International customers: If your local consumer laws provide refund rights that can't be waived by contract, this policy doesn't affect those rights.
If something isn't right with your purchase, please email me at support@jeneile.com first — I'd rather sort it out with you directly than have it go through your bank. If a chargeback is raised without contacting me first, I reserve the right to share records of your purchase and access with the relevant financial institution and to recover any reversed funds where I'm entitled to do so.
Access details for each product are stated at the time of purchase. I may update, improve, or retire content over time, and I'm not liable for temporary unavailability caused by technical issues outside my control.
